I like the way these shoes look and they’re comfortable enough, but the soles are already starting to wear down sooner than I expected. For the price, I was hoping they’d hold up a bit better

The quality is nice, but the price feels a bit too high for what you actually get. Also, the reminders were way too aggressive, which got annoying fast. I get needing to follow up, but it felt like overkill.

I really do like On shoes. No issue there. But the website... kind of a pain, honestly. Pages were loading slowly for me, and some of the product photos just sat there forever before showing up. The filters were messy too. I selected my size, but it still kept showing me pairs that were sold out. So I’m clicking around, thinking something is available, and then nope. Waste of time. And going back from a product page? Sometimes it reset everything. Annoying. Like, start over again for no reason. Checkout did work in the end, so I got my order through. But it didn’t feel smooth. For a brand this big, I expected the site to be a lot easier to use.

I was really happy they actually had the shoes I wanted in my size. Checkout was super easy too, no hassle or messing around. I’d definitely buy from here again 👍

I don’t remember every little detail about breaking them in or anything, but I do remember noticing that my feet weren’t sore at the end of the day, which is a big reason I kept them. They feel really light too. I’m taking off a star because they’re pricey, and the laces seem to come loose every now and then, but overall I’ve been happy with them.

Apparently lighting does a lot of heavy lifting on the website. It’s not the end of the world, but for the price, I was kind of expecting the color to match a little better

I picked up a pair of On shoes from on-running.com for my daily runs, they’re surprisingly airy. My feet don’t turn into little saunas anymore, even on warmer walks. Wild concept, right? Shoes that don’t make you regret having feet. Happy with them so far...

Right away, I had a good feeling about it. It feels really soft to the touch, but it still has enough firmness that it doesn’t feel flimsy or unsupportive. Just a nice balance overall

Still, overall I’m really happy with them.

I’ve been so mentally drained lately that even a long walk can feel like a lot, but these were actually really comfortable. My feet felt good the whole time, and there was no rubbing or irritation, which was a nice surprise.

It wasn’t terrible, and maybe I’m forgetting a bit because the first impression was good, but for the price I expected them to stay comfortable longer. Delivery was fine, no issues there

They felt a bit tight the first day, and I wasn’t totally sure about it at first. After two runs though, that changed and they felt pretty much perfect.

The order updates came through really quickly, and everything went smoothly with no issues. It might seem like a small thing, but getting clear updates made the whole experience feel a lot more reassuring.

I ordered it on Sunday and it showed up by Tuesday, which was sorta faster than I expected. Happy with that

I do like these shoes overall, but I’m a little disappointed with the traction. They’re totally fine on dry pavement and feel comfortable to wear, but on wet sidewalks or smooth floors they slip more than I expected. After waiting longer than I wanted for them to arrive, I guess I was hoping they’d feel a bit more secure, especially for the price. They’re still comfy, but I probably wouldn’t reach for them on rainy days.

The sizing was spot on. I ordered my usual size and it fit exactly how I expected. No guessing, no weird tight spots, no need to size up or down. Just… true to size

I’ve been wearing these a ton, i was a little nervous they’d start falling apart by now. But nope, the upper still looks really solid. No tearing, no weird loose pieces, nothing annoying like that. Kind of relieved, kind of impressed, and overall happy with them so far...

The main thing for me was the wait time on replies. I’d send a message, go do something else, then remember later that I still hadn’t heard back. Not the end of the world, but it did make the whole experience feel a bit dragged out...
