Edit: I have changed this review as eventually I received a proper explanation (not misleading and not generic), an apology and gesture of goodwill.
To On: please be honest with your customers from the outset, you will improve retention and brand equity that way. Negative associations are catastrophic to any brand. Your products are excellent and you could become the worlds leading footwear brand. I honestly believe that. But don’t lose customers as you grow!

"Absolutely love my shoes"
Absolutely love my shoes. Live in them.
I saw these advertised and saw they had waterproof and where I live desperately need waterproof as it’s mainly fields and all country. They are exactly that, waterproof, so comfortable, I over pronate and support my foot very well. Had them months and I haven’t met a single person who doesn’t like them. Brilliant. Comfy and do exactly what they say they do, in fact already considering my next pair.
It was so easy and I had communication all the way through until they arrived. Love them!
